The holder of a lottery ticket which won £4.1m in a triple rollover has come forward after two weeks.
Organisers said the ticket had been sold in the Birmingham area and was one of four winning tickets that matched six numbers to the draw from 14 April.
A National Lottery spokesman said the winner of the £4,130,980 prize wanted to remain anonymous.
The spokesman said the £16.5m jackpot was the fifth time there had been a triple rollover.

He said: “It would have been awful if the ticket-holder had missed out on this substantial and life-changing amount of money.”
The first three ticket claimants came forward immediately but wished to remain anonymous.
The final winner came forward on Thursday morning, two days after the National Lottery advertised in local and national press that the last winning ticket had been sold in the Birmingham area and remained unclaimed.
National Lottery rules state that a triple rollover prize has to be won and if no claimants are found, the criteria for winning the jackpot is lowered to find the ticket holders with the most matching numbers.
